Phase I – recruitment and placement of KC Chairs.  I’m putting together an email that we can all send out to our networks to recruit and fill the KC Chair positions


Phase II – develop schedule for monthly KC highlights.  The KC Chair can come up with a creative idea on how they would like to highlight their KC that month.  I feel giving them more leeway creates ownership on their part, which will hopefully lead to more buy in and a sense of pride.


Phase III – Build an online library on our NASPA FL website through the use of KCs.  Tap into the Higher Ed. MS programs to have grad students “publish” papers and projects that can be stored in our virtual library.
