Greetings NASPA FL friends!

We are looking forward to meeting and re-connecting with all of you this Thursday/Friday for our Annual Drive In Conference hosted at the University of Florida!

All events will be taking place in the J. Wayne Reitz Union. If you are using a GPS system, please use the following address: 655 Reitz Union Drive, Gainesville FL 32611. Click here to view campus map.

Parking Information

NASPA FL is happy to provide complimentary reserved parking spaces to conference attendees in the Reitz Union parking garage. Spaces will be available on a first-come first-serve basis and are limited to 100 spots, so please carpool with your colleagues if possible. Parking passes will be distributed by NASPA FL volunteers upon entry to the garage. Volunteers will be stationed in the garage on Thursday, November 2nd from 11am-12pm for those participating in the Case Study and on Friday, November 3rd from 7am-8:30am for the Drive In. You will only be issued one parking pass, so please do not dispose of the pass until after the conference is over on Friday afternoon. If you are staying at a hotel within walking distance, please be considerate of other guests and leave your vehicle at the hotel as parking is limited. Once you have parked, please walk to the Reitz Union. Volunteers and signage will be posted throughout campus to assist you with finding your way.

Thursday Arrivals: Case Study Competition, Early Registration & Evening Social

For those of you planning to arrive on Thursday, we will be providing early registration from 3pm-6pm (Grand Ballroom Registration Desk). We will also be hosting our annual social at Chuy’s (located at 3410 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608) from 6pm-9pm featuring a fun-filled night with people bingo, prizes, and time to hang out with your NASPA FL family! Be sure to show your spirit by wearing your school colors and sporting your swag!

Friday Arrivals: Registration & Drive In

Please plan on arriving to campus by 8am on Friday for registration & continental breakfast (Grand Ballroom Registration Desk) as the program will start promptly at 9am. Be prepared to develop professionally with a wide selection of education sessions and networking opportunities. The day will end with an awards presentation and closing ceremony.
