Call for Program Proposals

The 2017 NASPA-FL Drive-In Conference Committee is seeking innovative program proposals for the annual drive-in conference to be held on Friday, November 3rd at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.

This year's drive-in theme is still being determined, but there are suggestions for success in a program proposal.  A successful program proposal will include topics that celebrate collaboration, demonstrate positive changes to a campus community, showcase outstanding achievements and best practices in the student affairs field, or highlight opportunities for undergraduate students.

The conference committee is seeking talented presenters who are student affairs professional staff members, graduate students, or faculty and can present to an audience of the same.  The committee is also seeking program proposals to provide educational opportunities for participants of all experience levels and who work at all types of higher education institutions.

  • Presenters can be professional staff, graduate students or faculty.

  • There are three types of presentations.  Traditional presentations are 50 minutes in length.  "Best Practices" presentations are 30 minutes in length. Undergraduate Symposium presentations are exclusively for undergraduate students.

  • Accepted programs will present on Friday, November 3, 2017.

  • All presenters must register for the Drive-In Conference.

  • EXTENDED Submission Deadline: July, 21, 2017 @ 5pm.
